Online access to a build kit: lessons with texts, diagrams, build tables and instructions for building circuits in a digital simulator. The kit is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium.
The simulator at cs.khanin.info is a free, independent tool and is not part of the purchase. The kit diagrams are universal, but the instructions are written for that simulator; in other programs you will have to adapt them yourself.
The price is shown on the kit page and on the purchase page before payment, in euros. The price is final and includes VAT (IVA). Payment is made through Stripe (card and other methods offered by Stripe).
After payment Stripe sends the buyer a PDF invoice to the email entered on the payment page.
Access has no time limit: it lasts for as long as the kit site runs and includes kit updates that are published. If the kit or the site were to close, we will announce it on the site at least 30 days in advance.
Under Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right is lost.
Access to the kit opens immediately after payment. Before paying, on the payment page, the buyer ticks a box agreeing to immediate access and acknowledging the loss of the right of withdrawal. The confirmation appears on the invoice sent by Stripe.
As there is no right of withdrawal, no refunds are made, except where required by law (for example, if access does not work through our fault and we do not fix it within a reasonable time). If a payment is refunded or the buyer opens a dispute with their bank, access to the kit is closed.
The texts, diagrams, images and tables of the kit are the seller's work. The purchase gives the right to use them for personal learning. Copying, distributing, selling or publishing them, in whole or in part, without written permission is not allowed. Game & Watch is a trademark of Nintendo; the kit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Nintendo.
The kit is educational. We do our best to keep the instructions correct, but we do not guarantee the content is free of errors. We are not responsible for third-party software. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the kit, except where the law does not allow such a limitation.
We may update these terms. Each purchase is governed by the version in force at the time of payment.
