All the parts
Like a construction-kit manual — all the parts of this kit: the RAM256x4 memory with everything inside and the four parts lesson 5 puts into the processor. Each bag is the same kit taken apart down to its own level, so the bags do not add up.
Transistors
Everything built in this kit, down to the bottom: 41 906 transistors. Nearly all of them are in the memory: 1,024 bits of 22 transistors, plus row selection and the OR trees.
Logic gates
The same kit taken apart down to gates (we don’t look inside a gate).
Bricks
Small chips. Of the DLatches, 1,024 are memory bits and two more sit inside the divider’s DFF flip-flop.
Memory
The chips of lessons 1–3: memory is built from rows, rows from cells.
In the processor
Lesson 5: the clock divider and the write window — four parts inside GW-CPU.
Connections
Labels and wires inside the kit’s chips — in all copies.
